Provider: VisionEdge s. r. o., 29. augusta 1503/1A, 958 01 Partizánske, Slovak Republic Company ID (IČO): 51962161
Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 21 June 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used for the operation of the service, remembering sign-in and security. The use of cookies is governed by § 109 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications and by the GDPR.
2. What cookies we use
We use only strictly necessary cookies, which are needed for the basic operation of the Service, its security and — when used with an account — for sign-in. We do not use any analytics, marketing or profiling cookies, and we do not track your behaviour on other websites.
Necessary cookies are processed as technically necessary, or on the basis of a legitimate interest, and under § 109 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. they do not require consent.
When the Service is used with an account, sign-in and the session are handled by the identity provider Clerk, which sets the following necessary cookies:
| Cookie | Purpose | Type and duration |
|---|---|---|
__session | active sign-in token (JWT) for the session | security (httpOnly), short-lived, automatically renewed |
__client | client identification and security on the authentication domain (clerk.resio.visionedge.sk) | security (httpOnly), longer-lived (up to about 1 year, renewed) |
__client_uat | information on the time of last authentication for correct rendering of the signed-in state | not httpOnly, short-lived / session |
The exact names and durations correspond to the production standard of the provider Clerk and can be verified at any time in the browser (Developer Tools → Application → Cookies) on the domains
resio.visionedge.skandclerk.resio.visionedge.sk.
In account-free use (uploading a template, validation and package generation without signing in), sign-in cookies are not set; only technically necessary cookies or local storage needed for the wizard to function and for session security may be used.
3. Legal basis
We use necessary cookies as technically necessary to provide the service you requested (operation of the Service, its security and any sign-in). Since we do not use optional (e.g. analytics or marketing) cookies, no cookie consent request is shown.
4. Managing cookies
You can manage cookies in your browser settings (view, delete, block). However, blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and proper use of the Service.
5. Recipients and transfers
Necessary cookies for sign-in are set by the authentication provider Clerk, Inc. (USA) as part of session security. Details about processors and transfers to third countries (standard contractual clauses) can be found in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when the cookies used or the legislation change. If we introduce optional cookies in the future (e.g. analytics), we will request your consent in advance. The current version is always available on the Service's website.
